Shipping Policy

Where we ship from
Every order ships from Tampa, Florida.

Processing
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day.

Delivery
Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and carriers can run late for reasons outside our control. Once it's on the way you'll get an email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping cost
Free on every subscription order and on one-time orders over $75. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Subscriptions
Subscription deliveries ship on your schedule, every 15, 30, 45, or 60 days depending on the product. We email you 3 to 5 days before each one ships. Need to change the address or skip a delivery? Do it from your account, or email support@codenamehealth.com before the reminder date.

Address changes
If you need to change the address on an order that hasn't shipped, email support@codenamehealth.com right away with your order number. Once a package is with the carrier we can't redirect it.

Lost, damaged, or missing packages
If tracking says delivered and it isn't there, check with neighbors and give it a day; carriers sometimes mark early. If it still hasn't shown up, or it arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo if you have one. We'll replace it or refund it.

International
We currently ship within the United States only.
