As a rule, take Foundation and Energy in the morning, Vitality any time of day, and Recovery about half an hour before you lie down. Foundation, Vitality, and Energy work best taken daily. Recovery is for the nights you need it.
It depends on the charm. Recovery can work the first night. The others build with daily use, usually over a week or two, so give them the time they ask for. Each product page tells you what to expect from that gummy.
The dose is what matters. Every charm carries the same amount of active ingredient you'd get from a powder or a capsule, listed on its product page. What changes is that you skip the scoop, the shaker, and the unpleasant taste.
